Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption - Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations - Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events or banquets Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred - Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change - Familiarity with retail math for inventory management and pricing calculations - Ability to operate a cash register and handle financial transactions accurately - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes is a plus Note:
