We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team.
As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities.

Duties:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units - Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any issues or potential hazards - Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed - Repair or replace damaged components, such as doors, windows, or flooring - Paint walls, ceilings, or other surfaces as required - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role - Strong knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques - Proficient in using hand and power tools - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints - Excellent problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
